The Man Behind the Lens
Chasing light, and the stories it tells
From endless exploring to adventure with a focused eye
My journey didn't start with a camera, but with a worn-out bodyboard and exploring as many different surf spots across Western Australia as I could. The camera came later, as a tool to translate the profound feelings of discovery and adventure into a form I could share with others. I learned photography on the many roads travelled to diverse and isolated stretches of coastline around Western Australia. Today, my mission is to share the world as I see it: beautifully complex, endlessly surprising, and profoundly connected.Â
Tools of the trade

My photography is based around adventure and getting into critical moments in the Ocean and ensuring I return with some spectacular images. I have to use durable and rugged equipment and I rely on a select few peices of equipment that have proven theselves over the years.
